Our client is a private American software vendor with significant worldwide presence whose customers concentrate on solving only large scale and complex computing problems. Due to on going company growth we are now looking to recruit additional Support Consultants to work in the UK based support centre joining an existing team of highly motivated individuals. The internal consultant is the primary post sales interface with the customers implementation team leading them through best practice problem resolution and de bugging. This is much much more than a traditional support role. This is a role that will particularly appeal to candidates who consider themselves to be natural problem solvers.
