The Role As a Cosmetic Nurse Clinic Manager, you will be working within a team of highly trained nurses providing consultations and treatments to patients who are considering treatments from the companies wide portfolio whilst focussing on providing the highest level of care possible and achieving the best results. You will be responsible for staff training and team development to ensure processes are adhered to. In addition, you will oversee all sales aspects and associated resource management in line with the company policy to enhance revenue. The Person You will be a Registered General Nurse complete with the current NMC registration documentation and pin number. You must be commercially minded and have a proven track record in sales. Management or training experience would be an advantage but not essential. Your ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is also of high importance as is the mind set to be flexible, energetic, a team player and a people person.
