CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ADVISORS
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers who have a variety of different queries on their account. You will be dealing with everything from taking meter readings to home moves. With Excellent customer service skills you wil. require you to have a high level of Customer Service experience, along with excellent pc skills, and be competent in working with multiple systems. You will need good communication skills, listening skills, and resilience, along with an aptitude for sales. All roles are supported by a 5 week classroom based training programme that is fun, interactive and customised to meet the needs of our customers. Training will be full time, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.. reference: CS/11/cumb pt. Pension: No details held.
