Job Purpose: To assess own caseload of NVQ clients in the workplace for the Train to Gain programme and ensure their timely completions. Generate new leads through the marketing of the programme to employers within relevant occupational areas.. Knowledge and Skills Required: Up to date and relevant knowledge of the retail and customer service sectors.
