Job Purpose: To assess own caseload of NVQ clients in the workplace for the Train to Gain programme and ensure their timely completions. Generate new leads through the marketing of the programme to employers within relevant occupational areas.. Knowledge and Skills Required: Up to date and relevant knowledge of the retail and customer service sectors. A full understanding of and the ability to market the Train to Gain contract to employers in order to generate own clients onto the programme Key Competencies: D32/D33 or A1 qualification Up to date retail and customer service experience Relevant teaching certificate eg minimum Ptlls or equivalent Excellent understanding of NVQ standards Excellent time management skills Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to communicate effectively Good IT skills Principle Job Accountabilities: Working in occupational areas assess own caseload of candidate portfolios Ensure all systems used are robust to ensure timely and accurate...
