Research Assistant
The post is based in East London. The role will involve working in mental health settings including NHS outpatient clinics to recruit and collect data from patients and psychiatrists in the form of video-recorded consultations. Furthermore, the post will involve transcribing consultations, data entry and analysis, as well as dissemination of project progress. and preliminary results to research collaborators.Applicants must have a first or second class upper degree in Psychology or related social sciences, preferably with a higher research degree or equivalent research experience. Other essential criteria are excellent organisational skills, knowledge of mental health services, experience of conducting research and in particular recruiting patients in mental health settings are highly desirable.The post is full-time and fixed term for 1 year.. Pension available.
