Senior Operations Manager

My client based in Hatfield Hertfordshire are a world leader in the design and manufacture of high value professional electronic equipment for a range of applications and industries.They currently require a Operations Director to join their expanding business.This key individual will take complete responsibility for managing and directing every aspect of the companies manufacturing operations. The role will carry total responsibility for all operational activities for the Hatfield site and for managing and motivating the team.
