Finnish Technical Support Representative
FINNISH Technical Support team - Blended Products
Location: Belfast, start date 13th June 2011
As a Finnish Technical Support Representative you will be a Brand Ambassador for Logitech supporting their customers through troubleshooting with products such as Peripheral products, Gaming & Audio devices, web cameras, security systems along with Harmony remotes.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, target driven and fully focused on delivering results. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers either by telephone or email. This will be a perfect opportunity to use your excellent customer service skills ability to ensure our customers are highly satisfied.
This position will offer a five week training program to make our successful candidate a product specialist within their field of expertise.
Customer satisfaction, timely resolution and driving loyalty are at the heart of this role so you must be professional and have the ability to be confident, assertive and engaging when dealing with all potential and existing Customers.
We will highly value candidates with:
"Fluency in written and spoken FINNISH
"English Advanced/ Proficiency Level.
"Previous experience in a customer service / technical support
"Experience in database / customer management systems including excellent attention to detail when inputting and collating information
"Excellent telephone manner including competent questioning skills
"Experience of working to a high quality assurance standard within a target driven environment.
