Excellent communication skills will be essential as you will be handling telephone calls from customers, dealing with members of the public who are collecting parcels, and liaising with drivers. For this role you will need to take ownership for improving our service and to be customer focused to ensure parcels are delivered to time scales. You must be . compute literate as you will be responsible for monitoring message screens and inputting information from databases. Occasionally you may be required to undertake driving duties within your role, so you will need to hold and produce a full driving licence, with no more than 6 penalty points..
