GARDENING TEAM LEADER
Sessional Worker required. Weedbusters is a gardening service staffed by gardeners with learning disabilities. You will supervise and work with a team of gardeners. You will have excellent horticultural plant knowledge and grounds maintenance experience, preferably a qualification in amenity horticulture and also hold PA1PA6.You need to be self motivated and. be able to work to deadlines. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, a positive working attitude to working with people with disabilities, be able to complete all relevant paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Clean driving licence is essential as you will have access to the vans. The post holder will need to be CRB checked, disclosure cost met by the employer. We are a two tick employer.. Pension available.
