Transport Engineer
Working in the field of Traffic Management and Highway Development Control, you will be responsible for investigating and developing solutions to traffic and road safety problems and implementing Traffic Regulation Orders. You will also be making recommendations on the highway limitation and development proposals including agreeing contributions towards. schemes included in the Borough Local Plan and recommending highway related conditions on development applications. You will have experience in highways and transportation and knowledge of highway designsafety engineering. An engineering qualification and the ability to drive is essential and ideally you will have access to a car for work purposes. . Pension available.
