The Role As an Area Manager in Training you will undergo a 36 month period of training in the UK and then you will be placed in one of the district territories. You will report directly to the District Manager and be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts. You will be encouraged to advance your team and build service levels to maintain success within the district. The Ideal Candidates You will come from a Retail FMCG or Hospitality background with at least 34 years solid Management experience Management experience of staff teams of at least 1520 and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills in performance management.
