The Red lantern Restaurant in Leicester LE2 is now looking for 2 skilled Specialist Chefs, ideal candidates should be able to cook Northern Chinese Cuisine and Sezchuan Cuisine. Main duties involve prepare, cook and finish many complex types of. traditional oriental cuisines and monitor food product quality. Complying with health and safety, hygiene standards, contributing to the development of own sections staff by supervising, motivating and training. Stock taking from suppliers in particular meat, seafood and other food and maintaining stock supplies, assist in creating new dishes and recruiting new staff, ensuring staff follow the general cleaning procedures. 38 hours over 6 days including evening shifts..
