Have proven 2nd line support experience. Have a broad range of technical knowledge on a varied and wide range of products. Experienced in dealing with escalated calls. Expe. rienced in making out bound calls to users to resolve technical issues. Have in-depth knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and industry specific software support and basic user administration. Actively manage and support calls in the call logging system in order to provide a first class support and customer service Have the ability to prioritise workload Be able to work between 4pm - 2am, Mon-Fri total 37.5hours.
