Skilled CNC

Our Client are requiring some time served CNC Programmers/Setter/Operators You will be time served or have an equivalent qualifications. You must be proficient at set up operation and adjustment of tool and fixture offsets on CNC machine tools as well as conventional centre lathes and conventional milling machines. You will process predominantly stainless steel components frequently working to tight tolerances. You will be expected to achieve high standards of quality in line with targeted levels of output whilst working safely and maintaining full product traceability. You must be able to read and understand written planning and follow verbal instructions. You will be working as part of a team and you are expected to contribute to improving any working processes. It would be advantageous to have experience of working with stainless steels and machine programming using Fanuc/Okuma/Mazak on CNC turning controls.
