Academi Hywel Teifi, formed in 2010, is a centre of excellence for the study of the Welsh language, its literature and culture, and Welsh-medium teaching and research at Swansea University. Academi Hywel Teifi delivers excellent programmes and courses on the Welsh language and the Welsh-language literature of Wales for students ranging from undergraduate and. postgraduate students to adult learners. The successful candidate will have or be close to completing a PhD in Media Studies or a closely related subject, an established or emerging track record of high-quality research that complements the interests of the Academi.
