We are currently seeking a driven Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Partner for an exciting opportunity with a niche mid town practice with a National and International client base. Our client currently has an opening within their legal team for either Solicitor or Partner level. The ideal candidate will be either a Solicitor or Partner with upwards of 5 years PQE ideally gained in private practice. You will be required to advise on a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters to undertake an existing Corporate Commercial caseload. You will have a minimum of 5 years and 146; experience in Corporate matters principally SME disposal / acquisitions MBOs and Joint ventures and Commercial Contracts including supply agreements licensing and software agreements terms and conditions of trading shareholder / partnership / LLP agreements.
