Corporate Commercial Senior Associate/P

We are currently seeking a driven Corporate/Commercial Solicitor or Partner, for an exciting opportunity with a niche mid-town practice with a National and International client base. Our client currently has an opening within their legal team for either Solicitor or Partner level. The ideal candidate will be either a Solicitor or Partner with upwards of 5 years PQE, ideally gained in private practice. You will be required to advise on a variety of Corporate and Commercial matters to undertake an existing Corporate Commercial caseload. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate matters, principally SME disposal / acquisitions, MBOs and Joint-ventures and Commercial Contracts including supply agreements, licensing and software agreements, terms and conditions of trading, shareholder / partnership / LLP agreements. The ideal candidate will be able to participate in marketing activities. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious and cheerful. Ideally you will have a small following to bring with you., To be successful as the Commercial Lawyer you will have a strong academic background. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to build relationships with people at all levels. On offer is a highly competitive salary.
