Finance Project Coordinator
To provide a comprehensive and high quality financial and administrative support service for international project activities working within the finance team of WYG International Ltd. Collating and control of timesheets Reconcile cashbooks and challenge transactions Process invoices received from associates, subcontractors and partners and challenge . validity and ensure contractual documentation in place Preparing quality sales invoices in line with the contractual standards and within tight timescales Collation of project information on a monthly basis and review with the project team leaders Monitoring of costs against project plans and highlight issues Provide project information for the compilation of monthly management accounts Provide information to project director and senior management.
