I am looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Manager for a Leading international company based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing telephony and desk side support to several of the company s brands located across the UK via two service desk teams with principle focus on system availability customer service and the promotion of IT all delivered within an ITIL environment. To apply for this position you must be ITIL certified with strong commercial experience of managing a Service Desk in a Call or Data Centre environment. You must have a solid background in IT and still be able to demonstrate some Practical and quot;hands on and quot; technical skills and amp; knowledge.
