As part of a business export customer services team the role will involve processing sales via telephone/fax/email and dealing with customer queries resulting from sales and collecting documentary requirements for the Export market. Job Responsibilities: Processing of customer documentary paperwork from a variety of countries. Customer service and first port of call for incoming enquiries. Processing orders via telephone fax and email. Liaising with a broad range of internal and external customers and solving queries complaints and problems. Liaising with Freight Controller for transport quotes book freight create and collect necessary shipping documents.
