Be responsible for the delivery of NVQ Care at levels 2 and 3 to employed adults in the workplace. and 149; Deliver Technical Certificates in care and support the delivery of Key Skills in line with the apprenticeship programmes. and 149; Deliver Skills For Life to learners identified as requiring Basic Skills support. and 149; Act as a point of contact for learners whilst carrying out their NVQ activities. and 149; Liase with colleagues delivering Care programmes to our Learners with regard to internal and external verification procedures. and 149; Work closely with the employer engagement team and other members of the organisation to ensure that both external and internal recruitment targets are met. and 149; Assist in the marketing and promotion of Care training provision. and 149; and 149; Be willing to develop bespoke training programmes inline with company requirements.
