I need a candidate who can speak fluent English PLUS one of the following languages : Danish Norwegian Spanish Swedish Dutch German or French to work for a fantastic mobile phone company based in the City. This role is the next step up for someone who has worked in a callcentre within the mobile phone or telecoms market and is looking for a career move. You will be responsible for analysing all calls from the call centre making sure that the targets are being met and identifying and suggesting training requirements where necessary. This is a busy enjoyable role for someone with strong industry experience who would like to move off the sales floor and into the first step of a supervisory position.
