Client Services officer
The successful candidate will act as a dedicated support advisor ensuring that the client is serviced in a professional and timely manner. Take ownership to identify root cause suggesting future preventative measures and ensuring that the client is provided with timely status updates through to final resolution. Work with clients to identify opportunities to improve and sustain the efficiency of their treasury operations.Reduce client risk situations by encouraging client to maximize use of the banks eCommerce technology solutions.SkillsThe successful candidate should have client service experience ideally from a financial services background.Have excellent oral and written communication skills.Be confident in handling negative clients in a professional manner and network to business partners.
