To provide on site Voice Communications Perform administration functions associated with Mitel systems. Perform Mitel installation administration configuration and support tasks Provide proactive monitoring support fault diagnostics and trouble shooting for the Voice Communications Infrastructure Perform Voice and Data Network Cable Patching Support the WAN/LAN/VOIP network infrastructure. Perform configuration and administration duties for VoIP switches and routers. Plan test and implement upgrades to the Voice Network Data Networks and MDS Infrastructure as and when requested by line management.
