Site Manager hotel fit out

Our client a specialist property developer is looking for an experienced construction Site Manager to run a 2.5m hotel fit out project in Cirencester Gloucestershire. This is a 6 9 month freelance contract with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the contract.You should be an experienced Site Manager with a proven record in fit out projects. Experience on similar sized hotel fit outs would be preferred. You will need to be multi skilled as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project. Tasks will include: Managing all staff on site including work teams engineers sub contractors etc. Dealing with tenders and placing orders for all sub contract packages plant and materials. Managing all site documentation health and amp;amp; safety etc.Start date on the project is flexible and can start anytime between July and September 2011.
