IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
This very successful department seeks a well motivated individual to provide a comprehensive front line IT support service to our range of existing IT based teaching classrooms. Duties will also include general IT support to the whole department based in our Computer Support Workshop and reporting to the Computer Support Supervisor. Educated to HNC level or. equivalent in computer science or a related subject you will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems XP and Windows 7 and application software together with experience of working in a front-line IT support role. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to use your initiative and solve complex technical IT problems.. Pension available.
