RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
Opportunity for a multi skilled receptionist /admin assistant to join a friendly design practice. The ideal candidate would have a good standard of education preferably with GCSE maths and English, RSA typing or equivalent and be able to use Microso. advantage. The role includes reception duties which would involve greeting clients and providing refreshments when required, answering the switchboard, secretarial support to the architects and engineers which would include typing of reports, letters, diary management and any other associated tasks as required. Assistance to the marketing department with knowledge of Microsoft Access databases or Publisher packages would be helpful. Would suit someone willing to assist in a variety of tasks..
