Food Engineering Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to work within a leading Food Manufacturing Company based in South Bucks. You will need to be an experienced Engineering Manager with successful leadership skills. Summary: To lead the engineering function in the delivery of improved equipment performance whilst raising the operating standards in the factory. To ensure manufacturing equipment and service infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards and identify and lead investment and improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure appropriate standards of Health and amp; Safety exist and are worked within for both personnel and contractors. Determine correct engineering strategy for the site.
