IT Helpdesk IS Support
This position is advertised on behalf of RRS who operate as a recruitment agency. We are looking for experienced IT professionals who have gained experience ideally within a helpdesk role, 1st line or 2nd line support role. You will be the first point of contact for any incoming requests from a variety of sites regarding computer support. You will accept. requests, resolve or assign to the relevant team member. You will have excellent problem solving skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels, get involved with basic Data Centre Operations such as server racking and backup tapes etc. Ideal candidates will have previous experience within a similar role, an understanding of PCs or laptops, Windows 7, Microsoft Office or ITIL processes. Benefits on offer including subsidised canteen on site, free parking. This is a 12 month contra. Pension available.
