IT Trainee
Do you have good A levels or relevant IT experience on which to build a career If so this is an ideal opportunity to start a career in IT, working with experienced professionals and receiving Microsoft and general computer support training. After initial training you will be on our helpdesk providing support over the phone and utilising remote access . technology to quickly diagnose and solve basic networking problems. Subject to your performance you will progress to field engineer duties where you will visit clients. You will be working in a friendly team based environment and will have a training plan including Microsoft courses with the aim of qualifying at MCSA level within several years. You will need a polite helpful telephone manner, no business experience in IT is required although an interest in computers is essential.. Pension available.
