CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Main Duties Taking telephone enquiries for glazing, locks, plumbing, electrical, drainage, gas works and pest control and turning them into firm sales orders. Provide quotes both written and verbal. Entering jobs and quotes onto the database ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assisting with the clearing down of completed jobs. . Liasing with the customer, keeping them informed. You will need Experience in a Customer Service environment. Good IT skills including Email, Internet and Database. Excellent customer service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving skills. Excellent telephone manner. Organised and methodical. Attention to detail. Shift Sunday to Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm. Paid breaks included.. Pension: No details held.
