Senior Auditor Corporate Compliance Edinburgh Permanent. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Auditor for a successful drug development company in Scotland. The purpose of the role is to support the execution of the Global Audit schedule using knowledge of current regulatory requirements, internal standards, policies and procedures. You will support site regulatory and key client inspections and you will also participate in site assessment by providing technical expert consultancy and regulatory knowledge The key responsibilities of this role are: To maintain and execute the Global Audit schedule. To participate as lead/support auditor during internal audits To participate as lead/support auditor during external supplier audits. To determine the state of compliance and associated risks of the sites through execution of internal audits and site assessments. To provide information and metrics on the state of compliance Will support sites in the creation of necessary remediation plans to aid improvement of sites compliance status. Support sites by being a subject matter expert point of contactThe successful candidate will have BSc or BA in a related field with proven experience of Scientific or Quality Assurance experience. You will have good organisational, communication, and technical skills. QP certification is advantageous. Desired areas of experience include commercial product filing, process validation, engineering, facilities, and or manufacturing, including parenteral products. You will also have: The ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Be customer focused at all times. The ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work under pressure. An understanding of the regulatory issues that relate to the pharmaceutical industry and what impact these have on the implementation of solutions on site.
