The successful PPC analyst will have the following qualities:
•Numerate and interested in working with data to drive decisions

The successful analyst will be responsible for:
• Keyword research: Using software and your initiative to create substantial lists of keywords a user may type into the search engine when looking for one of our client’s products.
• Ad creation: Using the various advertising platforms to create adverts for specific groups of keywords.
• Analysis: Analysing the commission generated from each individual keyword against the cost and adjusting the price accordingly. Also manipulating bid prices to achieve higher volumes, working to margins etc.
• Client Communication: Managing the client through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails and regular reporting.
* Development Ideas: We have a strong focus on technology, you will be expected to communicate to our development team about the tools you need and how they will help your accounts.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular interaction with all clients
- Prepare and deliver communications to all clients
- Identify marketing and promotional opportunities for clients
- Expertly manage and measure all marketing and promotional activities, ie updating client database, advertising, events, tv, banners, press releases etc
- Build client relationships at all times
- Develop and oversee clients advertising/logo's
- Support the Head of PR with all special projects
- Liaise with key stakeholders, sponsors and members of the team on a daily basis
- Attend events and seminars with clients
- Work on all elements of PR campaigns for clients

Skills required:
- Preferably a degree in Marketing, PR or Media
- Extensive experience and success in managing marketing, advertising or PR client relationships
- Strong account management experience preferably within an agency background
- Be highly ambitious

This role will require experience of working across integrated marketing programmes in globally networked teams. You'll have experience of working across a variety of marketing and communications streams, ranging from PR and media relations to lead generation, event management and collateral production. This role is all about differentiating the agency's offering from the crowd across the EMEA region.
The perfect candidate for this role would come from a background of working in a marketing role in-house for a professional, or ideally creative services organisation. International experience would be a real bonus, as would experience of tying in marketing with more directly sales driven activities. However it is important to note that this is not a full on sales role.

Our client is looking for someone to care manage individuals to address their offending behaviour with the specific aim of reducing offending patterns in line with the Home Office DIP guidance and current initiatives.
The successful person will be required to develop and maintain excellent links within the Magistrates Courts and Police Custody Suites to target individuals identified for the Enhanced Arrest Referral, Test on Arrest, Restrictions on Bail/ Bail Plus initiatives and provide appropriate support to ensure the individual engages with appropriate treatment services.
