The person we are looking for must be skilled and experienced in all facets of butchery, from breaking carcases, boning primals, trimming to specification and portion control butchery. Knowledge of small goods manufacture in particular sausage manufacture would be a bonus. Due to the demanding nature and high expectations of our customer base you must be. able to work to the highest of butchery standards and have a desire to produce finished product to the strictest of specifications.The successful applicant will have extensive experience working in a catering or retail environment. Have a sound knowledge of good hygienic practices and have the creative ability to really add value to our team.This is a full time job, for a 5 day week with weekends off, early start and early finish.
