Cisco (CCIE) with Unified Communications (UC) Design & Implementation experience - CCNP/CCVP or CCIE with high degree of Voice capabilities - R&S/QOS/CUCM 7.x/Cisco Unity/UCX - tandberg Video exposure advantageous. This role is split between 3-4 days onsite in one of our primary customer locations providing hands on support and operational improvement/guidance, roling our new features etc. and 1-2 days providing pre-sales assistance to assist the growth of the Company by supporting new business bids and proposals. Covering Pre-Sales Design, Implementation and Support of Cisco Voice IP Telephony products. Must have proven track record of UC IPT implementations. This is both an operational role and customer facing role, gathering information and providing design, implementation and support. We need proven experience of running end to end Unified Communications projects - IPT Implementations would suit a highly experienced Cisco Engineer looking to move into a more customer focused consultative role with exposure to pre-sales engagements.   Skills & Experience: *CCIE with Voice experience or CCNP/CCVP with experience *Unified Communications 7.x and above preferably 8.x *Design, Implementation and Support of Global Cisco IP Telephony *Implementing QoS in the LAN & WAN *Cisco UNITY implementation *Developing relationships *Client Facing - UK Wide but predomanantly London You will be joining a small but growing Cisco Partner with expertise in UCS and UC deployments, our customer base is growing rapidly and you will have the opportunity to gain cross functional skills including Nexus and UCS (Unified Compute System) and excellent Career prospects.
