It’s the ideal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst, in search of an absorbing challenge. As part of our Frameworki Project team, your task will be to deliver work packages which will support the introduction of Framework across the Adult Social Care Directorate. For this, you will need to work closely with business representatives to understand business processes, map processes to Frameworki, configure and test systems, and assist with end user support. Our new IT system will be instrumental in supporting the transformation of social services – which makes this an interesting and extremely important role. An experienced Business Analyst, you are highly organised with advanced problem-solving skills. You also have the interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with both business support and front line teams. What’s more, you need to be able to work in pressured project environment and deliver high quality work to tight timescales. Ideally you have developed social care IT systems; analysed and mapped social care processes; and produced detailed but accessible documentation before. However, it’s more important that you understand local government and are keen to join a ready-formed project team. We are looking for applicants for the following position: Young People’s Therapist (£30,000 pro rata 21 hours/week) This post is maternity cover for a 9 month period Respond is seeking maternity cover for a qualified therapist to provide short and long-term therapy to children and young people with learning disabilities who have experienced trauma or abuse. Most of the work is at our clinic in Euston, London. The therapist will also see clients in one or two West London special schools.
