SENIOR TRAFFIC MANAGER - INTEGRATED/DIGITAL GUILDFORD, Surrey Circa £45,000 plus benefits Award-winning agency in Guildford requires a Senior Traffic manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have ten or more years’ experience in the industry. This is a new role with plenty of scope for growth. Duties – •Understand the agency and how it works •Develop, document and implement a traffic/workflow process across the agency •Manage the day-to-day workload of the agency •Work closely with both account management and creative to manage the process and develop timing plans that meet the requirements of all •Allocate resource appropriately, working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Digital •Hold weekly meetings to keep yourself and everyone else up to speed •Cope with and handle the ever-changing workload •Keep everyone informed of the workload on a daily basis using your choice of email/spreadsheets etc. •Keep ahead of situations and avoid surprising anyone •Be responsible for all creative freelance resource and work with the Creative Director to decide if and when it is required •Develop a pool of freelance resource to cover every aspect of our creative output (design, copy, digital) •Ensure holidays don’t clash and source cover when needed •Manage art buying. You’ll be able to work with photographers and image libraries, sourcing, buying, getting quotes etc. •Develop cost estimates (in conjunction with account management) •Know who’s doing what, when it’s needed, how long it will take, how much they have left to do and what they’re doing next.
