We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager with a solid and proven background in devising and implementing integrated Marketing Communications campaigns, to head up a busy team. Working effectively as the head of an external marketing team for a large blue chip client, you will manage a team of designers and art workers and liaise with other external agencies to create and execute a wide range of marketing communications across traditional and on line media. You will be able to come up with creative and compelling strategic campaigns, whilst staying within corporate guidelines. You must have a proven track record of executing effective BTL campaigns as Marketing Manager within large blue chip organisations, or you will have effectively managed complex accounts for similar within an integrated agency. This role will require experience of working across integrated marketing programmes in globally networked teams. You'll have experience of working across a variety of marketing and communications streams, ranging from PR and media relations to lead generation, event management and collateral production. This role is all about differentiating the agency's offering from the crowd across the EMEA region. The perfect candidate for this role would come from a background of working in a marketing role in-house for a professional, or ideally creative services organisation. International experience would be a real bonus, as would experience of tying in marketing with more directly sales driven activities. However it is important to note that this is not a full on sales role.
