Due to our expansion we are now looking to recruit Sterile Services Driver for our Sterile Services Unit in Radlett, who offers decontamination/sterile services to a number of private hospitals in the region. Normal hours of work per week: 37.5. These hours will be worked over Monday to Sunday in a flexible pattern including early and late shiftsYour role will be to provide reliable and courteous delivery / pick-up service to customers with safety a top priority; to provide a communication link between customers and the unit workforce • To provide a service by collecting ‘used’ surgical trolleys from the hospitals, delivering them to the CSSD facility and returning ‘clean’ trolleys with sterilized trays back to the hospitals. Due to an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an Account Manager/Field Sales Rep to cover the East Midlands region (Nott's, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire). You will be responsible for promoting a range of FAB (farm animal) products which include livestock & fly control products as well as a product for sheep drench.
KEY ACTIVITIES
* Builds a solid working relationship with key accounts including direct farm calling where directed.
* Achieving sales targets and making sure all competitor activity is reported back to the brand team.
* There should be a documented plan of where and how the growth of accounts is to be achieved.
* There must be written business plans in place for the key customers.
* Ensure good control of costs
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Proven track record in animal health, medical, pharma or FMCG sales.
* Bachelor's degree or an agricultural based qualification would be advantageous.
* Good experience of key account management & territory planning.
* Excellent communication, influencing & relationship building skills.
