JOB DUTIES : The Holywood Steiner School wishes to employ a part-time development/outreach worker to help support the schools efforts to grow its pupil numbers in the kindergarten and early years areas.
Key tasks for the post will be:
1)To develop and implement a plan for the marketing for the early years provision at the school (toddlers group/playgroup/kindergarten).
2)To encourage a more successful transition of children from playgroup to kindergarten.
3)To be the single point of contact for early years learning within the school for prospective parents.
4)The sourcing of state childcare funding for early years provision/application for state funding (if applicable).
5)Co-ordinate and where appropriate conduct school walkthroughs for prospective parents.
