JOB DUTIES : Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of a highly motivated dealership team. The successful candidate will be required to act as a reliable and efficient point of contact between the customer and the workshop, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Role: To welcome customers to the service department. To organise service department bookings in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure utilisation of the workshop in line with dealer guidelines. To sell customers service and repair in order to contribute to the revenue and profit objectives of the dealership. To promote the service facilities of the dealership to encourage repeat after-sales and sales activities. To carry out customer follow up to develop and maintain positive relationships. To ensure that the customer is dealt with professionally adhering to the dealership procedures. OTHER INFO : Applicants must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours to meet customer demand. This is a maternity cover post for 9 months, starting from end of January / start of February. Applicants must be 17+ due to licence required.
