Our client is looking for someone to care manage individuals to address their offending behaviour with the specific aim of reducing offending patterns in line with the Home Office DIP guidance and current initiatives.
The successful person will be required to develop and maintain excellent links within the Magistrates Courts and Police Custody Suites to target individuals identified for the Enhanced Arrest Referral, Test on Arrest, Restrictions on Bail/ Bail Plus initiatives and provide appropriate support to ensure the individual engages with appropriate treatment services. The role

You’ll also need experience in managing relationships with front end and back end development teams and have a good understanding of the key principles of search engine optimisation.

In this varied role, you will use your business analysis expertise (including knowledge of PRINCE 2) to help us implement a brand new social care case management system - Frameworki. It’s the ideal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst, in search of an absorbing challenge.
As part of our Frameworki Project team, your task will be to deliver work packages which will support the introduction of Framework across the Adult Social Care Directorate. For this, you will need to work closely with business representatives to understand business processes, map processes to Frameworki, configure and test systems, and assist with end user support. Our new IT system will be instrumental in supporting the transformation of social services – which makes this an interesting and extremely important role.
An experienced Business Analyst, you are highly organised with advanced problem-solving skills. You also have the interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with both business support and front line teams. What’s more, you need to be able to work in pressured project environment and deliver high quality work to tight timescales. Ideally you have developed social care IT systems; analysed and mapped social care processes; and produced detailed but accessible documentation before. However, it’s more important that you understand local government and are keen to join a ready-formed project team.
